In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Inovio Pharmaceuticals (INO), up about 9.5% and shares of Puma Biotechnology (PBYI), up about 7.9% on the day. |
