Last week, news arrived in Shanghai that American lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret will open its first flagship store in the Chinese mainland “by the end of this year.” A whopping 1,475-square-meter space attached to the Lippo Plaza shopping center on Huaihai Road – the heart of Shanghai’s shopping district – will be replacing Louis Vuitton, and sit directly across the Hermès Maison store. |
