Yield-Hungry Investors Pounce On Greek Bonds

After four long years wandering aimlessly in the economic wilderness, Greece returned to the international sovereign debt market with its first five-year bond sale in four years. Bullish, global investors, starved of high yield returns, threw all caution to the wind and jubilantly stampeded to snap the bonds up. History, evidently, means nil.
