On Nov 16, Tesla closed at $408 a share. On Jan 8, Tesla closed at $880, up 116%, an increase of half a trillion dollars in market value. It is a bubble. The huge volume of front-running here – $100-150 Bn – acted as a technical and psychological accelerant. |
