What would it take for Saudi Arabia to walk way from oil production cut talks next week? Some factors include lack of non-OPEC participation as well as Iraq and Iran not shouldering their share of the responsibility. If the Saudis walk, oil prices would quickly head down again, possibly back into the $30s range. |
