The sharp drop on July 8 in the so-called “momentum stocks” got the market’s attention, especially after the carnage last spring. For most investors, the large-cap technology stocks are a better fit, especially with their attractive yields.
However, some of the recently converted market bears are now recommending some of the big tech stocks. This made me wonder whether the weekly or daily technical studies reflected any signs of weakness. |
