After completing three bond sales last year, Viacom Inc. returned to the market with a $500 million offering of 10- and 30-year notes, sources said. Bookrunners for the issue, which has an expected BBB+/Baa1/BBB+ profile, are BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan. |
