Ukraine's state-owned gas company Naftogaz is celebrating its one-year independence from Russian natural gas, which it says was used by Moscow as a political weapon. Russia, for its part, is losing market share in Europe, while U.S.-based gas projects will also compete among EU members, turning up the pressure on Moscow's ability to fill its state coffers. |
