U.S. High Yield Bond Issuance Slips To $15.7B In February |

U.S. high yield bond issuance slipped to $15.7 billion in February from $25.5 billion in January as holidays, mid-winter vacations and a leveraged finance conference in Miami took a toll on activity. The roughly $41 billion in issuance so far in 2014 is some 25% behind the pace established last year, when a whopping $651 billion was issued (the full-year record is $684 billion in 2012). |
