(NASD: ALXN) are two of the day's stand-outs, showing a gain of 4.8% and 4.0%, respectively. Among healthcare ETFs, one ETF following the sector is the Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (AMEX: XLV), which is up 0.1% on the day, and down 2.13% year-to-date. Endo International plc, meanwhile, is down 53.48% year-to-date, and Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc., is down 23.35% year-to-date. Combined, ENDP and ALXN make up approximately 1.4% of the underlying holdings of XLV.
