The Fed's Favorite Measure Of Inflation Continues To Fall: QE Is Here To Stay

The U.S. economy is on the verge of entering a phase of deflation, which suggests the Federal Reserve is nowhere near rate hikes or ending its program of quantitative easing.  The Bureau of Economic Analysis released on Monday its PCE data for March, revealing a marked slowdown that illustrates the difference between stock markets hitting all-time highs and a broader economy that is barely moving, putting pressure on Bernanke and the FOMC.
