DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc. (NYSE: RBN) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a regular cash dividend payment of $0.0425 per share.
The dividend is payable on November 19, 2010 to shareholders of record as of October 21, 2010.
