Oil market doldrums have created financial pain for Saudi Arabia, once thought immune to any oil market downturn. The kingdom has already announced that it wants to wean itself off of over-reliance on oil revenues, but there are still other steps that can be taken, including examining its expensive role in the war in Yemen. |
