President Barack Obama spoke from the White House on Monday, confirming that a potential fiscal cliff deal was “in sight” but “not there yet.” The President spoke after reports indicated Vice President Joe Biden and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell reached an agreement on extending middle class tax cuts for individuals making up to $400,000 and households earning up to $450,000. |
