LifeLock (LOCK), announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,700,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $9.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "LOCK" on Wednesday, October 3, 2012. A total of 15,500,000 shares are being offered by LifeLock, and a total of 200,000 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,355,000 shares from LifeLock. LifeLock will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
