While CLO prices have rallied since the end of February due to strong technical conditions arising from record wide spreads and crossover buyers deploying capital to the leveraged loan space, the underlying credit fundamentals have remained on investor radars, especially now that a CLO from the post-crisis batch of vehicles - deals dubbed 2.0 CLOs - has skipped payments to its equity. |
