Overall, it appears that the price hike will have moderate impact this year. Subscriber ARPU (average revenue per user) will definitely go up meaningfully next year as most subscribers migrate to the new pricing structure. This move, assuming it doesn’t adversely impact future subscriber additions, can lead to an upside of over 10% to our current price estimate. |
