ATLANTA June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) declared a dividend of $0.97 per share for the second quarter of 2011. The dividend will be paid on July 28, 2011 to shareholders of record on June 17, 2011.
