BP, ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil, three of four Alaska LNG project partners, recently pulled out of the project due to its massive cost and a more than two-year tanking of global oil and gas prices. Alaska Gov. Bill Walker, for his part, remains hopeful for a solution, unfortunately political infighting among state lawmakers makes that a long shot at best. |
