IMF Chief Christine Lagarde has found herself suddenly at the heart of the fast unfolding Greek debt story. Thousands of people online have jumped on comments Lagarde is reported to have made Friday about the Greeks. A number of European newspapers are now pushing her center stage in the Greek drama, and thousands of people have taken to her Facebook page to protest, though she is also drawing some support there too. The emerging issue though is Lagarde herself and the extreme tone she used. |
