Germany Introduces Electric Car Subsidy, But Excludes Tesla

Germany ?s decision to subsidize electric car sales, with help from the manufacturers, is unlikely to mean the target of one million electric cars on its roads by 2020 will be met. But it will definitely help manufacturers meet tough 2021 E.U. CO2 targets.
