Fry Capital appoints Joshua Francis as Global Head of Corporate Advisory

Fry Capital today announced the appointment of Joshua Francis as Global Head of Corporate Advisory, responsible for providing mergers and acquisitions services to International and Institutional clients.

(1888PressRelease) Joshua Francis will oversee Fry Capital's corporate advisory team based in Hong Kong, which provides international advisory services to public companies and private businesses, particularly for cross-border transactions. His roll will be supporting clients in the agriculture, natural resources and infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Prior to joining Fry Capital, Joshua Francis was Director of International Advisory at Westpac Banking Corporation in Sydney. Before that, Mr. Francis worked in corporate finance at Australian institution Suncorp-Metway Limited.

Fry Capital's Chairman, Mr. David Chesterfield went on to say "Joshua is well qualified to drive the development of our capabilities for Australian companies looking to expand overseas, as well as inbound companies looking to invest, particularly in the in South East Asia trade corridor."
