Fed Presidents And The Goldilocks View On Bond Buying

The countdown is on for the Federal Reserve's ongoing purchases of Treasury securities, currently scheduled to expire at the end of June, and three of the central bank's branch presidents offered their views on the program Monday. Unfortunately for investors trying to position their portfolios for the Fed's next move, there was little consensus in the public remarks which ranged from heated rhetoric about ending the current policy to cooler talk of possibly giving the economy an even longer runway.
