Here we go again! Tomorrow, another EU Summit will be organized in Brussels, the twenty-fourth one since the start of the euro crisis in late 2009. This time however, the summit will have the important task of analyzing and deciding on concrete propositions submitted by supranational actors: the "group of four Presidents" (which includes the Presidents of the European Commission, of the European Central Bank, of the European Council and of the Eurogroup). One key issue: how to make the eurozone work? In other words, are Europeans ready to transform the eurozone into a federal core?
