BETHESDA, Md., May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") (NYSE: DRH) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share to stockholders of record as of June 17, 2011. The dividend will be paid on June 27, 2011.
