I have cited various examples of bad college advice related to college admissions, financial aid eligibility, affordability and saving for college throughout this blog (here, here and here) , and this time I am going to compare the impact of good and bad college advice on a student's real-world college admissions options, and the colleges she and her family can afford. I will use for my example a young lady from Ohio that is a senior in high school and wants to attend college as an engineering major. I will take you, and her, inside the world of college planning by focusing on four key areas.
