In the face of a tight window for the U.S. and Europe to avoid a recession in 2012, global markets have spent “a lot of time waiting, wondering, postulating, tea-leaf reading and hoping for further assistance from the official sector,” explains JPMorgan’s chief investment officer, Michael Cembalest.
