ST. LOUIS, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE: ACI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable December 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2010.
