Once again, the Washington, D.C. bureaucratic machine gave away billions of dollars of taxpayer money to its wealthy friends on Wall Street. There was very little financial media coverage of the latest taxpayer gift to Bank of America (BOA) ($4 billion by one analyst reckoning), which occurred over the New Year's weekend. The story got buried and there was very little fanfare. |
